- Trials
- A first paid plan opens with a 14-day trial, one per account. Pro needs no card. A trial answers on a smaller AI allowance until it converts.
- Failed questions
- A question, brief, chart or grid the model could not produce is not counted.
- Resets
- Allowances reset on the 1st of each month, UTC. Upgrading raises the limit at once.

Billing
Yes. Your first paid plan opens with a 14-day free trial, one per account. Pro starts with no credit card required. Pro Plus asks for a card up front (because it includes Deep Research and our most capable model); you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime. Everything in the plan is open during the trial except the AI allowance, which is smaller until the subscription starts.
Two months. A year of Pro is $290 against $348 paid monthly, and a year of Pro Plus is $790 against $948. Developer and Quant bill monthly.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access through the end of the billing period. No phone calls, no retention dance.
AI allowance
Any message sent to the AI assistant, including each run of a scheduled prompt; any question Callsider answers, across a company's calls or about one document; any board brief Mimir writes; any chart Chart Studio builds or restyles; and any Generative Grid run, which counts once however many cells it answers. It is one plan, so all of them draw on one allowance. A question, brief, chart or grid the model could not produce doesn't count, nor does a grid run answered entirely from cells already on file, and a scheduled prompt is skipped rather than run while the allowance is spent. Deep Research runs have their own monthly allowance, and planning one doesn't count; neither do screens built from a plain-English prompt, the morning brief, or AI-generated summaries on ticker pages and documents.
You can still use the platform; AI features pause until the next billing cycle. Your monthly query limit resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Upgrade anytime to increase your limit immediately.
Free tier uses GPT-6 Luna for fast, cost-efficient responses. Pro uses Claude Sonnet for deeper analysis. Pro Plus answers on Claude Sonnet by default and on Claude Opus, the most capable model, for up to 150 questions a month when you pick it; past that, Opus picks are answered on Claude Sonnet until the 1st. Deep Research reports run on Opus and are counted separately.
No. Credits are one-time packs and stay on the account until spent. Plans below Pro Plus spend them; Pro Plus and up run on quota instead. Pack sales are paused for now.
Data and privacy

Yes. Sensitive fields (TOTP secrets, Plaid tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 minimum, TLS 1.3 preferred). We never sell user data.
